School Supply Information 2023

Dear Families,

For the past several years, Deep Cove School Staff have offered the opportunity for parents to leave the School Supply shopping to them!  We would like to continue to offer this opportunity for the 2022-2023 school year. For $45.00, you can skip the lines at the stores and instead Deep Cove staff will purchase the supplies to meet the individual needs of each classroom. This would include pencils, paper, exercise books, pens, scrapbooks, felts, crayons, etc. Families would continue to provide indoor runners and back packs and possibly the occasional ‘special’ supply. 

You will receive this letter in September at which time you will be able to choose the School Supply Purchase Option for the 2022-23 School Year and Pay online. Another option will be to send a cheque to your child’s teacher with your child’s full name in Memo.

Please know that this is simply an opportunity for your family. If you would prefer to purchase supplies independently, Please do not label any of the items as they are pooled in the classroom. If supply purchase presents a financial hardship to your family please discreetly inform either your child’s classroom teacher, Mrs. Kalabric  or Mrs. Hardscastle and the fee will be covered from school funds.
